Abstract Aims Drivers at Work (DW) and Learning Styles (LS) refer to a range of contentious theories that aim account for differences in career progression, yet seldom feature training assessment. This study aimed quantify the influence Core Surgical Trainees’ (CST) DW LS on progression. Methods Kolb inventories were distributed 168 CSTs during five consecutive induction boot camps single Statutory Education Body. Primary outcome measures MRCS National Training Number (NTN) success.
